1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Million Tower, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Million Tower. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users who are minors in their jurisdiction should obtain parental consent before participating.

3. Account Rules

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional answer attempts or bypass lockouts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts. • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password. • Your alias must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe on any trademarks. • We reserve the right to change or remove aliases that violate these rules.

4. Enigmas

• Each floor presents an enigma. You have a limited number of attempts. • Consecutive failed attempts will result in a temporary lockout for that floor. • Answers must be submitted through the platform interface. Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to answer is prohibited.

5. Prizes

• Prizes are awarded to the first 10 participants to pass each floor. • To claim a prize, you must complete identity verification as requested by us. • We reserve the right to withhold prizes if we detect fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or any violation of these terms. • Prizes will be paid within 30 days of successful verification.

6. Advertising Canvas

• Advertising space is sold permanently through a one-time payment — your ad will be visible for the entire lifetime of the website (years). There are no refunds once a purchase is confirmed. • You retain ownership of the creative content you upload but grant us a license to display it on the platform. • Advertising content must not include: illegal material, pornography, hate speech, malware links, or content that infringes third-party rights. • We reserve the right to remove non-compliant advertising content without refund.

7. Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or via direct crypto wallet transfer. • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases or prize winnings in your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Create multiple accounts or assist others in doing so • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools on the platform • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content to the advertising canvas • Misrepresent your identity during prize verification Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any prizes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Million Tower is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
